House Tyrell: Updated the Industrial branch of the focus tree.
- 5 new focuses that grant resources and bonuses.
- Rebalanced factory gain (mostly moving them around, only 1 Military Factory is lost overall).
- Rebalanced Research slots to make them more accessible, plus an event that lets you choose between two powerful bonuses in the Citadel Archives focus.

Sounds like you are playing in a language that is not English. Switch over and that should fix it.

Hello, I have a problem with the names of the houses. They are contries like France, England and the focus are bad. How Can I fix it??

the main problem with the 1941 scenario is that in many files the date of the second scenario is 1939.1.1., when, as in the description of the scenario, the bookmarks folder contains the date 1941.1.14.12. I changed the date in the script to 1941.1.1 and changed the date in many files, such as units and countries. I can share the full mod folder with you if you want.

I would fix it.

Many years ago the 1941 start date was using for testing late-game stuff. But one of the vanilla updates broke it. I've been unable to pinpoint the cause of it. Haven't decided if I should delete it or try to salvage it in some way.

I don't want me a dick but is the 1941 starts supposed to crash while loading into them?

Hey; you are correct that Rah doesn't exist... kind of. In the maps I was able to find, there is something called the Winged Empire in roughly that spot. For some reason, I though of the Winged Dragon of Ra, and that is the lore of how it came to be. :)

And yes, the Yellow Empire is supposed to house the exiled YiTi Emperor, hence why they are separate.

Thank you for all the hard work you have put into this. Truly love it. Just a quick question, what in the world is Rah? Its the only place i've never heard of. Also, is the Yellow Empire independent of Yi Ti because they want to restore to Yi Ti Yellow Emperor dynasty? And also add New Ghis on the island south of Astapor because its supposed to be independent too. Keep up the great work!

Mezner, I actually prefer that this mod keeps the vanilla technologies. It's part of its charm. The focus trees do make it clear that this is meant to be some alternate Westeros where everyone has 1930s technology. If you want to play in an actual medieval Westeros, the CK3 AGOT mod does that far better than any HOI4 mod could even HOPE to.

the tree has only one language

Hi guys, my problem is, i want to play this mod for the first time but the trees and countrys are like the vanilla game. Can someone help?

SO after playing CK 2 / 3 AGOT and (although its not related, OWB ) I have to say this mod is very lacking in content for free folk and from what I can see various other nations also lack content. I appreciate you creating the entire map. VERY MUCH appreciate the entire map actually. However all the tool tips, research slots, ideas, government types ext... Are all just HOi 4. I wish to support this mod as I Love the Hoi4 system and A Song of Ice and Fire. I think that this mod not only can work but can flourish!

I would encourage the authors and devs of this mod to look at the LOTR and OWB mod's for inspiration. Which takes the "modern" stuff and then converts it into medieval / post apoc stuff. There is a lot of room here for VAST amounts of lore related focuses. Really it doesn't matter if its guns or sword, its just coding of how much dmg def, and various other things units need.

I really do think this mod can be amazing. However as is.. Its underwhelming.

- Brought back the 'Tribesmen of the Vale' focus; also updated to include Shagga and Timett as Generals. Focus can only be done if the Vale has not began negotiating with the Hill Tribes.

The Vale:
- Restored Anya Waynwood as Democratic advisor.
- Updated Shagga to the character mechanic (can now be properly promoted to advisor).

Various:
- Included several vanilla rules from recent updates.

+ various under-the-hood errors adressed.

decent mod, did not crash for me. Though I do wish the mod used different textures for guns/ships/portraits etc and as well scripted events as it does break the immersion of game of thrones

How do you make that Khal Drogo dies? I played 2 times for Targaryen and he never died?

The mod looks good, but the focus trees for almost all playable countries are very small and short. Please make it bigger.

New update: compatability with latest patch.
- Restored correct weather to most of Westeros.
- Fixed a bug that deleted more than half Lannister characters.
- Restored Timett, son of Timett as advisor for the Vale.
- Fixed a recent bug that overwrote the Vale's flag.
- House Lannister's Naval branch no longer requires Queen's Favor focus.
- Several hundred error log entires deleted (and thousands more to go).

Update. Crashes should be fixed now. (I swear, if it turns out this whole time the crashes were happening because the Nudger bugged out... -_-)

Tried to run both with and without DLC, tried previous versions of Kaiser. Still crashes in any case.

Hi, i not have any DLC and crash when load the map

Is it possible that Steam just didn't update it yet? If it crashed during the loading of the map then that is the most likely issue.

EDIT: Another theory is that the latest DLC has included a file that causes problems. I don't own the DLC so I can't check, but disabling it is another theory.
