!. go to game file and remove the menu's file to desktop.
2. go to the linked site and download new items menu and then drop it into the game file in the mods folder
3. use the menu as before but afterwards delete it and reinsert the original menu folder then do a file scan/authentication thingy.
Also don't do too many purchases as it will lock and crash. you will notice when a crash is about to happen when the little pics are black. its all to do with the cache not clearing between changes. Personally I sort one crew member at a time. Do your purchases for the one then exit the facility and save game then do the next team member. That should sort it for you.
