Faction blacksmith
I joined the kingdom of Dorne as a vassal, but the faction blacksmith is not opening. How can I solve it?

It depends on two things - what is your starting culture, and what is your relation to the faction. I think you need 75+ relation with any given faction to access their blacksmith if you are not a vassal, but you always have access to your starting culture (on login screen the culture you chose) blacksmith.
