Unable to grant fiefs via minister?
These are the only options the minister gives me: https://i.imgur.com/wV9NADx.jpg

Pretty sure the minister is supposed to do that? Is it different in the mod? I can't find anywhere/anyone else that lets me do it.

Figured it out, I can only grant fiefs if the minister is one of my companions for some reason.
