You can use https://sourceforge.net/projects/sagethumbs/ to see thumbnails of targa files, and you can open them in GIMP if you have plugins (don't remember which)

1:tnx to taking my advice,as a argie seeing the name "juan peron" instead "juan domingo peron" is quite annoying, "juan peron" is never used,and if it is,not a lot,it would be either "juan domingo peron" or "General juan domingo peron" because yes,he was a general(also,mind adding him as a general :3?)
