At what stage? Obviously, he was defeated in our timeline, so the flippant answer would be "you're living it", but it really depends on how early he's defeated. I think for real timeline confusion, though, what you'd want is to have the early Republic collapse under the pressure of its enemies and internal struggles, rather than surviving long enough to be betrayed by Napoleon's ambitions.

I kinda feel like he would be exiled to an island after he was defeated. Though it is really possible that he would have escaped from the island and returned to France to strike back once again. Than he would probably be defeated again and then be exiled to an island for good this time.

I can't even begin to imagine what the world would look like now if Napoleon had lost. It would be crazy, very different then our own timeline certainly.

That's such a stupid thing to say, we're glad Napoleon became the ruler of Europe, why else would we own most of Canada after getting aid from the French in the North American War(1812-1818)?

Well the obvious answer is that your living it, but I suppose it is interesting to theorize if he had for instance been defeated by the Third Coalition or Fourth Coalition earlier on.

I mean if France had gone down I guess its possible they would have a long period of peace just like the around 100 years after Napoleon's victory from IRL, and then had a giant world war (again) over something.
IRL it was basically the Napoleonic wars round 2, in this alternate timeline maybe it would have something to do with Austria becoming big? Some people say that all those German kingdoms would have unified and then other countries would be so mad over it they would team up to take them down but that seems as far fetched as the Kingdom of America going all the way to the Pacific ocean lol

Ha, the "Kingdom of America" Are you telling me in your silly universe the USA doesn't go from sea to sea, and is a KINGDOM?! Surely people would rise up again for their freedom! The American people would NEVER stay with that! AAAALLLLSSOOO Here's your answer, Napleon would be exiled to an island, come back, be defeated, sent to ANOTHER island, and dies there, and then MOSTLY peace for 80 years, then Franco-Prussian war, ends with a German victory that turns the disunited Germany states into a united SUPERPOWER! Then WW I, basically the great war in your timeline, broke out against the ALLIES, against the Central powers, soon, the Allies win, a nazi comes back and sparks another one, and then a lot of other stuff happens.
