in Crush the Partisans the Pacify the Great Texan Plains says I need at least 6 divisions in Vallandolid... but that's in Spain.

After reducing Partisan strength to 0, the event saying that there were crushed never happened. This may have been caused by either some of the partisan crushing decisions still needing some time to finish when it did hit 0. Another issue I had was that the free Mountaineer, Paratrooper, and Marine divisions you get from focii, along with the events for getting free resources, were linked to Spanish States. Could 50 Construction Slots have caused this? Other than that, fun mod. Good music too.

I got that too, and not 50 Construction slots can't cause it since we share the same bug and I don't have that mod.

When i load game,all events are reload,like in 1939 i have Sale of Donelson event

That's normal even in Vanilla for most ships, and nations save for the Super Powers.

I went down the Second Coalition path in my playthrough, I crushed the partisants yet I can't continue the political tree via International Diplomacy.

Prov #10740 doesn't allow troops to stand there for a frontline so a hole opens up when you go to war near that state

The mods out of date, and appears to be dead. If you still want to play it roll back to a previous update. The Mod is worth it.

After the addition of the Arms against Tyranny DLC, the mod crashes on startup even when launched alone.

I just found a big issue, for some reason you need a turkish inland province to spawn the 21st marine division? im sure that was probably a bug

Yea I think it was originally supposed to be the values used by the mod for Texas cities, but those values were taken in a later update to Turkey, with no update to the mod sense
