Aww, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I did intend to make the extension quite challenging once you've gotten into it a little bit. I wish there was something I can do, but all I can do is change timings and by doing that, it changes the timings for everyone else too. If it helps at all you can try "hacking" the timings yourself by finding the source files and modifying some of the time elements in the XML files? That's probably the best I can suggest to be honest. Hope that helps!
