Allows for use of Biocoded weapons by other pawns
Form a Caravan with a single colonist and loading a Persona/Biocoded weapon will make it visible under the Sidearms tab. Clicking the Biocoded weapon will not only equip the weapon, but re-bind it to the new wielder.
