Well, kinda silly war it was - USSR had like 15 divisions and I never saw them, with my 17 divisions I just walked through enemy territory thus ending the war. Right after that (year 1946+) performance really dropped even though overall number of divisions was really small which forced me to stop playing.
So yeah - sudden drop of world tension from selected 25% to 0% and then it's just not changing even when another war starts. Intended or bug?
If that matters I played in combination with Vanilla+ mod.
Right after Germany and Japan were defeated USSR signed non-agression pact with me, it lasted about year, I think this part worked ok.
A few options for player will be good - like disband half of your army or 3/4, or even keeping it as it is. For AI in the rest of the world small countries must disband more than 3/4, but top players (US, UK and etc.) can keep more than half I think, dunno if it's possible to code it that way.
No, thank you! This mod is something what needs to be in game by default, heh.
