Gameplay Issues
Just simple - Post a reply regarding something you feel stuck in. Before posting:
  • Try to look for the solution yourself and be patient. The solution might be right in front of you.
  • Ask your peers about the solution. They might know the answer.
  • Describe your EXACT situation. What is the mission or quest you are stuck on? Which part can you not figure out? Something like "first portal" is not descriptive enough.
  • Know if the issue you are having is a bug or not.
Please don't make bug reports or you being lost at something a separate discussion.
Anyone who posts their issues in the comment section will get their answer and will be reminded to make future posts in this discussion.

simply enough, figuring out how to do the supposed missions and fighting the ancient boss with the red eye (i have the limbo door and grinded the fragments like crazy... place also made it super easy to level in rpg mod... but no idea where or how to access these... i guess it has to do with the artifacts?)

The story really starts after you defeat the Quantum Sentry, which is near the core.

ok, well i cleared that and obtained the cyber core... which now i have zero idea what to do with XD its obviously a quest item and needed to reach the B.O.T but currently confused if it shouldve automatically given me a mission or not

aaaah nevermind... found it XD i think my skip cinematics mod made me accidentally skip the mission pop up without me knowing.

I actually never made the quest trigger a cinematic. I'll make it do so to notify the player that a new mission is available.

what are the "weird black things" that the trader talks about when u get all the artifacts?

i cant seem to find the trader at the outpost, the closest thing to the discription of the charachter is the valt key trader. and im pretty sure thats not who im looking for...

also, i cant seem to locate the ancient armor at all, i checked all the replicators and cant find it.

help... ;-;

-EDIT-
i figured out my problem with the ancient gear, i got the ancient forge confuzed with the ancient anvil. they look too similar.

the trader IS the vault key guy

when i try and interact with him, he only offers the defalt vault key trades, thats it...

if you've obtained the supreme ion cannon from bot, it should've enabled the trader to start the next quest, it wont show up when you kill bot, but it's there

The weird black things are actually supervoid nodes, which are currently found in burning biomes(Eternally Burning in star system preview).
