New items?
Wondering if I should make a bigger mod outa this, just cosmetic wise I mean, a cape maybe helmet alternatives perhaps even some weapons, or I can make a seperate mod I wonder....

If you base a lot of the gear and other items around the theme of the Brawler's Coat you could make some form of Space Pirate or Mercenary faction.

id like some weapons to go with these outfits... like a cutlace or some gauntlets... not the vanilla ones though

A whole new space pirate faction would be real nice! I could help you with designing their settlements if you're interested.

I think I'm going to add weapons and cosmetics for now, once its more fleshed out I'll consider a faction but thanks for the offer @Xaliber

So they all have bandanas have you ever thought of making a specific hat or something that describes a leader-brawler of these amazing "brawler" people?

having an entire faction based off of "melee" combat would be nice
they could sprint to enemies and rough them up while also being a little more tankier than other races

@Valiant, I've been thinking about different hat ideas yea, havent comeup with anything solid yet I'm afraid. The Augment could be something like damage plus move speed no idea I'll have to check vanilla augment options

@Sakoni Factions seems a bit far off still but I'll keep it in mind

Headband, headband with horns, eyepatch? hmmm... Baddass mask? Goggles... Scarf... Idk What really fits a brawler?

If you're really good at modding (not sure if you are or not) maybe add new gauntlet combos to the game? Like dude, starbound has the same ole' combos for gauntlets... I love gauntlets so much though <3.. Is it hard to program new combos? Not a modder, so you'll have to let me know on that one! ^_^

Maybe a new combo like "rapid strike" all starbounds combos are "knocks ups, knock backs, dash-slash, power-smash" but no rapid fire. I mean... I guess you can just spam left and right click, but that doesnt have the "mmph!" feel to it as a combo does. lemme know what'cha think about gauntlet combos! <3

Like.. Rapid strike being like spear secondary skill "flurry". Except u cant hold down the combo like spear flurry. The combo will only go off for 1 second. just like other gauntlet combos. Is it possible to mod "flurry" into a gauntlet?

some brawler firearms or back item looks like rifle and for weapons - pistols and SMG. Another idea for back item - glow backpack
