stats or just pyrovision?
unless they are just gonna make this another part of pyrovision, i think i have some fair stats.

+heals allies for 35 health
+on hit: forces player to laugh.
-100% damage
no random critical hits
cannot force over 3 people to laugh at once

- Visible only in Pyrovision

I think it should be a vanilla flaregun+reskin (give pyrovision of course). I am against it being a scorched shot reskin as I think that a scorch shot pyrovision reskin should be a bottle of bubbles and a bubble blower wand thing (as thats what we see in the meet the pyro video being used as a scorch shot). Although I think getting that animation right would be hard.

maybe the taunt would blow bubbles (fireball tauntkill reskin).

Make it like all the other reskins

Just a reskin would make more sense. Just like the lolichop and rainblower are both just reskins. That way there'd be a whole set of pyrovision items.
