When Pyromania was released, I was disappointed with the lack of kiddy secondary weapons, and always wanted to see one exist. After a dream I had a little under a week ago with this weapon in it, I have been designing and working on this item.

The knob was originally supposed to be jiggle boned, however due to some flickering problems, it was removed.

The particles were made off of the Manmelter's particles. The idle sparks to be bubbles and sparkles, the trail to be a rainbow, the vaccuum to have rainbow sparkles with a rainbow swirl at the front, and the muzzle flash to have a rainbow burst with a liquid 'timer' to when it's finished reloading.
