For some reason, scrolling from the 5th - 6th slot has the utility slots (mining, inspect, etc) nestled between them instead of being first/last (same as the vanilla game)
Visually it's proper but when you scroll from 5 to what you would expect to be 6 it yanks you to the top utility bars and then yanks you back to the 6th slot after you scroll through all the utilities

So scrolling order is | S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 (Tools) S6 S7 S8 S9 S10
Even tho visually its | (Tools) S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6 S7 S8 S9 S10

Is this a bug? or some hardcoded crap that cant be changed?
