The possibility of it being the shadow man when the eyes are *green* are infinitely more considerable, seeing as we have a greenish tint to our screens when in the beast mode.
Maxis Family, Mindless (no control): Orange.
Richtofen: Blue.
Brutus, that demon king in Vanguard zombies: Red.
Avogadro: White
While we cannot rule that shadowman, when he controls them, has their eye colored green, we cant exactly rule it out. However, the Alcatraz Pocket Dimension was helped with by the Shadowman in its formation, convincing the warden who would become Brutus to kill himself after the Mob Of The Dead crew (excluding Weasel, for reasons explained later) were electrocuted due to them brutalizing and abandoning Albert, known to them as Weasel, who later succumbed to his wounds. It could be said that, therefore, that the red eye color is for anyone affected and/or enthralled by the Dark Aether, as the demon lord in Vanguard was a entity originating from the Dark Aether, and Brutus, in practice, made a deal with the CODZ equivilant of Satan, the Shadow Man, and could be seen as enthralled by him. Hey, but it's a hunch.
