The way i did it was that i got a "create your own npc" mod and a "offer a friend can't refuse" it was a complicated way of doing it but the only way i found out how to do it

Try placing draconis stuff in rooms of your ship.
Draconis doors, lamps, beds. The way I did even with Arachne race. It works with every race, just find a way to place racial decor.
