None of the other mods look like they would interfere, but it looks like you are not using the steam version of this mod, so for now reinstall (i dont know where you got it from, but make sure it's a release version) and i'll look into the other mods.

It was probably extended GUI, this is fixed now if you you update.

I have noticed the update. I do have Extended GUI, and the window size reflects the change, but this time, nothing is shown being sold at all; the only way that I could get the items to be shown would be if I entered admin mode.

seems it only makes lvl 1 equipment
