How is this not fixed yet?

If the script doesn't recognize the augment, it will not be able to restore it's description and name. The "Extracted Augment" is a fallback behaviour for when it encounters something I didn't specifrically write into it. It has no way of knowing what description the augment had before being used if it's been modded or modified in any way.
