Can I download it without steam?
I don´t have wreckfest on steam, so I want to download it and put it into the game mod folder. Is there a way to download it?

I'm sure there would be a way if anyone with the mod who knows where they are located were to send you the mod file through media fire or something, but it's time I don't have personally and there isn't even 1 subscriber in it for me if I did lol
Also it would depend on at what biuld your copy of wreckfest is at for the mod to even work.
