Where are those blueprint peices?
I'm having trouble finding those secret blueprint fragments that you can find in the Creon Embassy? I've found the first, second, fourth, and fifth, but I can't manage to find the third one.

The third one is one of the easiest to get to, but it's also one of the best hidden ones. Look in the sewers, and pay special attention to the tunnel you go through with the elevator - you might just find an additional passage there.

the funny thing is, once I found two in the sewers, I thought to myself; there couldn't be that many in the sewers, that would be too obvious!

three of the five are in the sewers. but you gotta admit there wouldn't be any other good hiding places other then where they are now

Number five is found outside the sewers, in the Embassy Tower area. It's hidden pretty much in plain sight, but you'll have to go to the upper levels to see it.

This is a bit of a silly question, and it's probably just in plain sight... but where do you even craft the gun after you've gotten the blueprint? I've checked all of the stations that make sense. (to me, at least)

(I'm using Frackin' Universe, if that makes any difference!)

You can craft it at the Alliance Multi-Fabricator (in the weapons tab, of course), the fully upgraded version of the Alliance Workshop. It's a tier 6 weapon, so you might have to progress a bit more before you can craft it.

In case you haven't found it yet, it's west of the embassy limits, past a little human camp.
