The Aegi, as for every race of the mod, has their own set of armor in their respective workbenches, so it's normal you can't find another set of armor in the replicator. :)

As for example if you play with Glitch you won't find Novakid's armor, but because Aegi is a modded race whose armor is found in their own workbench, the replicator is empty. :p

(You can still find vanilla pieces of armour with merchants, but you can also craft them at the replicator in admin mode)
