About the Starfarer Refuge
I found a little avikan camp and I cant find the teleporter. Is it just supposed to be a bigger settlement?
If you know where a settlement is with the teleporter please place the co-ordinates of the place.

Yeah, the teleporter only spawns in larger settlements, not the small random encounters with one or two tents in them.

I don't have any coordinates for you, but if you're still looking, I do have another method to get you to the Refuge, if you don't mind using a command. You can go into admin mode by pressing enter to open up the chat box, then typing "/admin" (without quotation marks) and hitting enter again. Now that you're in admin mode, type "/warp instanceworld:avikanoutpost" to warp directly to the Refuge. Once you're there, type in /admin again to get out of admin mode, and safe a bookmark at the teleporter store so you can always return again later.
