How to trigger mech quest
This penguin doesnt give me quest on mech, does it now on new outpost

I'm assuming you are referring to the quest for unlocking the mech? It's a vanilla quest that you can start after completing "Becoming Space-worthy", the main quest in which you have to repair your ship and talk to Esther. The races added by this mod unlock their mech in the same manner.

After you've unlocked your mech, you can get some additional side-quests for unlocking new mech parts by visiting this mod's outposts.
