I've never played on that server. This one had an animation on the swap and everything, so it was almost certainly part of a mod. I'm 99% certain it was from ER.

That's Legion, a switchblade available to Droden players. You get it by repairing the Droden starter weapon through a quest that becomes available after completing the vanilla Glitch mission. Other characters can only get it if a Droden player gifts the item to you, or by simply spawning it in using admin commands.
