what does the keffriders license do?
it says it a security pass, so does it open something?

If I remember correctly, some of the underground Avikan settlements on random planets have keffs parked in a surface level garage that the pass can open.

The Keffrider's License can be used to open the garage doors in some Avikan settlements from the outside. Without the pass, you'll need to find a secondary entrance and open these doors from inside the settlement.

The Keffrider's License also allows you to drive the Keffs found in Avikan settlements without the NPCs accusing you of theft.
