If you play as an Avikan or a Droden, the Watchers Offices Pass can be found in your ship locker, alongside your race's exclusive starter weapon. Oh, and if you ever lose or sell your pass, you can purchase a replacement at the Drifter's Emporium!

I have my own problem.

I get to the point in the main starting quest for the Avikan, and it tells me to go to Zaheed.

I have absolutely no idea how to get to the place it tells me, though.
I can't find it as a random planet, can't find it as a mission and can't find it at the outpost.

There's actually a FAQ entry about that:

Q: Where do I find the Starfarer's Refuge?
A: There is a teleporter in every Avikan settlement that links directly to the Starfarer's Refuge. Once you're there, you can bookmark the teleporter at the Translocator Store for quick and easy access!

For some reason, when i see FAQs posted in descriptions, i tend to ignore them as most of the ones posted tend to be inane questions/requests or otherwise ones that don't effect me.

so am i supposed to do the erchius missions without iron armor?
cause you get your first armor from that quest

You should be able to craft your own armour before going into that mission, just like you would with any vanilla character. If you're an Avikan, hunt down some monsters using hunting weapons, and you can use the drops you get to craft low-tier armour. If you're a Droden or Trink, you just need to dig up some iron, just like you would if you played a Human or Hylotl, for example.

everything is messed up. i cant get into my locker or reboot systems

If you can post your starbound.log somewhere, I can take a look at it to see if I can identify the issue. My initial guess would be some sort of mod incompatilibty, or an issue with your local installation, as I can confirm that the locker and reboot work perfectly fine on my end.
