The Centensian Relic is used in the quest for repairing the Broken Spear (Avikan starter weapon), but the other items are largely unused. They will be used as crafting materials and quest items in future updates, so hanging on to them might pay off in the long run, but they have one use for now: they can be traded in for Tokens of Merit in the Starfarer's Refuge. Those tokens can then be used to purchase other crafting materials, Avikan Caches, or Unique Weapons from the Mysterious Merchant.
