ADVENT's sites
Oi Mates !
How am I suppose to find the ADVENT's sites (i mean, not the black site or the factory, the others) ? I've never seen one appears for the moment & i don't know how to delay the Avatar countdown without primary missions

what version are you playing? Wotc, LW2 ? or dare I say normal vanilla

I've read somewhere on these forums that supposedly you need to skullmine ADVENT in the region where a facility is in (so can only find out after liberating a region when new ones appear). I've tried this a couple of times but only got intel rewards offered so I don't know if it's really random or I'm just not getting it.
