Can I continue my savegame after installing this mod? Will it load the mod features?

No. this is a complete overhaul mod that changes the tactical layer considerably, as well as eliminates all vanilla classes and many vanilla features

Must this be installed on a fresh save or can we install it mid-way through the game and continue on from there ?

you must start a completely new game. This will not be compatible with old saves
