Use of "LWForceSquadPostMissionCleanup" followed by squad name in console should solve your problem.
You can activate console ingame like this:
Use -allowconsole as launch option.
Long Version:
Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
Under the General tab click the Set launch options button.
Enter -allowconsole and click OK.
Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
You can activate console ingame with Tilde key (the button left of 1 on US keyboard, on other language its diffrent mostly, perhaps its needed to press 2 keys for it, on german keyboard its mostly ALTGR and +)
Tilde key looks like this: "~"
Find out the squadname of missing squad and use above command (capital letters have to be correct if used)
