As the title says, Bag of Crafting doesn't seem to be accounting for items picked up when showing the list of craftable items. So, for example, if I picked up 3 soul hearts, 3 pennies, a heart, and a bomb, they would still show up as consumables laying on the floor on the description even though I already used them.

Additionally, I keep having to fully reset he game every floor because the description for Bag of Crafting stops showing up.
