Bag of Crafting Not Accounting For Lost Items & Not Showing on New Floor
As the title says, Bag of Crafting doesn't seem to be accounting for items picked up when showing the list of craftable items. So, for example, if I picked up 3 soul hearts, 3 pennies, a heart, and a bomb, they would still show up as consumables laying on the floor on the description even though I already used them.

Additionally, I keep having to fully reset he game every floor because the description for Bag of Crafting stops showing up.

These bugs sound like you have general API issues that dont correlate to this mod itself. Please try to do a "verify game files integrity" of your game (See FAQ on how to do that).
If it still occurs, please check what version of the mod you are on, by looking into MCM
