The XML to make that is easy. The hard part is getting the textures working, as they would be part material-dependent and part static, which is why I think this hasn't already been implemented.
Isn't the over-wall cooler and vent from Replace Things is a better example because it does this effect simply with a transparent .png?
I don't know ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about coding though.
@Sally Cyborg If you do create the wooden wall version, please send it to me, it would make my job easier in making it stuff compatible.
Also, glassworks is an ancestor to this mod. Long story short, I became the author of that mod and integrated it with my ceiling light mod long long ago. After many different iterations and additions, we got to this point.
