The reason he cant do ice wyverns, for anybody that is interested is cuz it is not in the dev kit.
As ragnorok was a winner in the creators contest, and added ice wyverns, its technicacaly a modded creature just like gryphon.
He would likly have to import the ice wyvren files (or create his own) and do it himself. which in turn would make a 2nd class of ice wyvern that wouldnt work with current ice wyverns anyway.
Unfourtunately because how old ragnorok is, it is likly they will never get added to the dev kit. His hands are tied until the Devs add it to the dev kit at this point. Sorry.

He has made Ice wyvern mating a thing now for anyone new that comes here :p
But its in a different mod now because he didnt want anyone to be required to download a dlc
