Ist not working for me.
At the time of writing, though, I have two Fire Wyverns that hatched and grew up during the time the mod was installed and have yet to become breedable, but they were eggs that possibly existed before the mod was added, and I have had to use pods somewhat regularly in order to feed/imprint them on a more sane schedule. I'll leave them unpodded and cross fingers as to whether they'll convert later.
If you add a mod that spawns in Wyverns it is almost certainly incompatible with breeding as they both use the wyvern files. You would have to try to find out though.
Will the mod work on all DLCs? yes it will i have used it on all the paid DLC including aberration if you allow flyers into that map with settings (Never played the free maps personally)
tl;dr- The spawn chance of alphas with my mod should be identical to the vanilla spawn chance.
