Hello,

I am new to this game (played one game to economic victory on easy)!! And even newer to this Mod!! It looks fantastic (and I am only at the custom race screen, way better than the standard version). I was wondering how these two perks work together.

I am a pro at the old MOO2 game, but I have yet to wrap my head around the mechanics of this game and of course this Mod.

Is this combo an obvious synergy? Or just redundant? Detailed explanations will be appreciated!!
