Community Balance Overhaul v 13
City State Diplomacy Mod for CBP v 27
C4DF CBP v 11
More Luxuries CBO Edition (5-14b) v 155
6a Community Balance Overhaul - Compatibility Files (EUI) v 1
I uninstalled everything related to CIV 5. I had to go and physically delete the CIV5 folders under my steam apps and under my user directory in order to truly get rid of everything; just saying "uninstall" either to Steam, and/or through Control Panel (I am running Windows 7) was not sufficient.
Then I re-installed CIV5 through Steam, and got the Community Patch through Steam.
So I am now running the OLD, original user interface. And the CP (only). And the diplomacy button works again.
I did not re-try getting all the mods through Vox Populi without the new user interface.
But I have to admit I actually kind of like the new user interface. Just wish it did not apparently misbehave in this way. Is there another mod not part of Vox Populi that just updates the user interface?
