Where can I find v.141? Have a save in that but upgraded to 142 (whoops)

This mod is utterly worthless. It actually makes the game worse. Automated workers are completely broken and spam mazes of roads and actively go out of their way to replace faster rail with normal roads. This applies to the latest version 141 too. Bunch of script kiddies.

Contrary to what mariuS stated, the website is very easy. If you simply read, there will be a large text hyperlink that lets you download the automatic installer for vox populi from the Civfanatics subforum. The basic requirement to navigate through the site is to have the ability to read and basic reading comprehension.

Regarding what SHROOMEDnDOOMED stated, windows will automatically block it as it is stating it is malware but rest assured that it is safe. The vox populi mod was made with love and care by civ 5 fans that want to continue supporting the game.

You're mod and website is awfully confusing. Its super confusing to figure out what you even are talking about in most of the guide. Short words for mods we've never heard of, with the comment section that give information that is important..

I was recommend the Vox Populi and I have no clue what is being actually recommended etc..

If only there was a workshop mod that would make it all easier........

Mod is maintained and managed on the Civfanatics subforum...the workshop version exists for posterity, the changes included in the Community Patch are not compatible with the workshop mod system.

This mod is scam.
AI don't build cities at all, but build settlers and send them somewhere far away.
80 turns from start - AI no cities built.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT INSTALL THIS MOD!!!!!!!!!
After 250 turns, any attempt to load the game resulted in a crash. I lost about 10 hours of gameplay because this is an unstable mod. I spent over 7 hours trying to find the culprit, because I believed until the very end that it could be fixed.

I subscribed here and its version .89 works great when I start a game however if I save a game and try to load the file later it always crashes

@besban Thanks for the tip. V 4.5.1 (February 27 2024) is the latest version as of the time of writing.

This mod at Steam is too old.
Better to use the link at the bottom of DESCRIPTION.
Follow those steps at "Manual Installation Instructions", with "Community Patch Only" at Step 4.

Worked great, ai was much better. However I saved 2 games to play later. They both crashed when I tried to open them

This is the mod im using with VP now, but there's some bugs (see my other message). Is there anything like this that works with the changes VP makes?

How can I find mods that are compatible to vox populi? Looking for more promotions added into the promotion tree. Some mods it looks like they get added but not to the tree, or sometimes even
"duplicated" if VP also has a promotion with the same name.

I cant even load up the game with this mod enabled.

Even with the updated version from the forums, this crap is barely playable. Crashes often times when AIs are doing their turns. I can't recommend this.

Forum version works fine, but I can't construct any National Wonders. If you don't care about Vox Populi I guess you'd better off with just Smart AI and any other mods you want.

Yeah the no interception issue. Had that too, years ago. Still not better ?

This greatly improved AI intelligence in so many ways.. I loved that. However it broke one thing late game. Fighter planes no longer intercept enemy bombers. (Theirs will still intercept yours) The command icon to set to intercept does not respond. To confirm, I started a new game without this mod and the problem resolved. This mod works fine with exception to that one issue (game breaking for me)
