If you want to cheat
You can upgrade your ships faster.

/admin
/spawntreasure bk3k_shipUpgrades
/admin

Note they'll spawn at where your mouse is pointing
If you want while in admin mod though

/spawntreasure bk3k_constructionMaterials
for lots of vanilla tiles.

/spawntreasure bk3k_shipyardContent
for some stuff I made

/spawntreasure bk3k_lightedPlatforms
for lots of lighted platforms

That could give you a pretty good start on building up the shipyard how you like.

If you want to just skip out on the starter quest and get straight to the outpost(to upgrade the ship legitimately)
/admin
/warp instanceworld:outpost
/admin
and remember to click on their teleporter so you have it bookmarked.
