[bug] pulse weapons break with bl3 health bar
i dont know how or why but the pulse weapons cannot deal damage while bl3 health bars is installed

I'd hazard a guess that that mod probably overrides npc_primary.lua and monster_primary.lua?

yeah it does overrides monster and npc primary
