Tools missing from the Order menu? Try this.
If you're playing with RIMMSqol, this has to be done once after the latest update:
Go to Options > Mod Settings > QoL > Architect Buttons > press red X next to orders.

After that the tools should show up, and you can customize the Orders menu to your liking again. Feel free to move the tools where you like, they should now work everywhere.
