Hi there.
I've a problem with this (awsome!) mod. After the download Ark tries to install the mod but, suddenly, an error appears and the game crush.
If i copy the mod folder and the .mod file from a friend the game start but when i try to enter into the server with this mod the connection with the server fail.
The error i encounter by downloading "normally" the mod is this (i've win 10 pro):

Update: SOLVED
My solution was (if anyone else has this problem):
1. delete the mod folder and the .mod file
2. copy the mod folder and the .mod file from another computer
3. run ark and let the installation complete
4. join the server

On internet you can find a lot of suggestion regard the antivirus, but, in my case, the av is innocent.
