Death Loop
My crew are stuck in a death/respawn loop after uninstalling, can someone tell me/give me a link to a way to fix this?

You could try to dismiss them and get new crew members with the Job Offers mod.

I don't know anything about modding so it's the best I got.

Thanks, I'll keep this in mind for next time, but I just decided to delete that character and start again.

1) reinstall the mod
2)as a new character, hire a crewmember
3) go back to your main one and they should be fine

I have found a solution, but it's not a good one, other advice is gladly accepted.

So the issue is, this mod and a few others edit 'Crew Member' stats, and when the mod is removed, those stats don't reset to Vanilla.

So you need to keep/reinstall any mods you have ever had that change crewmember stats.

After doing this, my crew now functions. (spawns and stays alive correctly)

So what I did is I unsubscribed to any other mods I was using except this one and it stopped the loop. One thing I will add though is I was only using 2 other unrelated mods, one gave all npc fall damage and the other smooths out terrain.

So yeah, I can't unsub Frackin Races, this will make my character disappear... Already got rid of my entire crew and tried a new one, still having the same trouble. This is rather sad, guess I will have to do a new game? Or forcefully use the mod. But what I didn't like about this mod was it kept removing npc headgears before I customize them.

I'm also having this problem, but I didn't uninstall any mods?
I disbanded my entire crew, but even new crew members have this problem.
So that didn't work D:

Not sure what is going on here. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe some mod i have updated and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up somehow.

I fixed it!
I even got to save my existing crew members (member).
Turns out the issue came from the "crew member race/gender" mod, it broke recently.
Uninstalling it fixed everything.
Huzzah!

try beaming down, quitting starboud, then beaming back up.
it worked for me and the mod hasnt given other problems so far for me

I tried dismissing and hiring new crew, they have the same problem.
I tried unsubbing, loading, beaming down, quitting, beaming back up.
I tried beaming down, quitting, unsubbing, loading, beaming back up.

Nothing's worked.
