Bug AI Navys.
Hello, i saw problem in game with navy IA. There is bug in game when i saved game and back.
IA building many battleships, carriers etc, and i back to my save game, IA cancel all navys build, and rebuild everythink. Its bug becouse they have already builded like 50% of bcs, crs... Its ♥♥♥, can you fix this?

AI cancelling ships is fixable only by HOI developers

Yeah the issue is that they will start building a brand new ship every single time they research a new naval/radar/fire control technology.
