Best majors settings for playing a more hands-off nation?
I'm looking to start a Mexico or South America game, something where I'll mess around regionally but not really intervene in the main event.

Do you guys keep the default Expert AI settings when you play like this? I like to watch the wider war unfold and have some suspense for at least a few years. Last time I played EAI as Japan and Germany couldn't even take down Poland, so WW2 sort of fizzled out.

Basically I'm trying to figure out if any majors should be buffed when left to their own devices.

It's not typical for Germany to fail like that (no guarantees when combining other mods or playing on ahistorical). However my suggestion would be -50% attrition and put Germany on Hard which should pretty much guarantee that the war lasts a long time.
