Why is this? You can be playing as Germany and when the war starts off in 1940 you can completely wipe the floor with the European allies because they only have the interwar fighters they start with, then large stockpiles of CAS which are ineffective because they don't have any chance at air superiority.

I've seen it myself and have had a friend confirm the same that England only starts researching the Hurricane in 1939 and then puts their first military factory on fighters around the time the war breaks out. Meanwhile AI Germany starts the game building me109.

Please address this because it makes the allies A LOT less competitive.
