Weird AI Germany behaviour
Hi folks, I've just tried a couple of times playing Italy, game and Expert A.I. mod are up to date, but I noticed:
- Germany does NOT invade Norway at all even tho they are at war.
- Japan always annexes China and minors, including Communist China, quite fast and easy.
- In the last game, Germany got almost to Paris to be then almost wiped out by France.

Aside from a couple of things I'm playing the mod with the recommended settings ( no Historical Army focus tho), is this normal?

I'm mostly oriented towards a "more historical as possible" gameplay, so makes me wonder if it's the case to wait for more future fixes instead.

There is an option in the settings for Germany to not invade Norway even when at war to avoid losing convoys and troops to the Royal Navy. If you do not choose this, Germany invades Norway as usual. Alternatively, they won't invade if they can't get naval superiority in the North Sea.

Japan usually annexes China to free up troops to fight the Allies in India and the Pacific. If they're still at war with China, they won't have enough troops to do both and America would beat the m quite easily.

Where's that setting, I mean for Germany not to invade Norway, I must have missed it!

I understand what you mean about China and it makes sense, it is just weird if compared to HOI 3 :)
