Modding the mod?
@Syfe Fireshard Allo there, newbie modder here. I really liked your armour additions, and had fun making different classes and setting them up on a mannequin, with a chest of class specific gear. Like the miner, scout, and heavy. The only problem I had was that I like to use the "Augment slot for back items" as well as the rest of the mod set. Because augments are fun. :csdsmile:
Anyways, that and the spelunker helmet was annoying me a bit, because I couldn't equip them into the functional slot without losing a bunch of super importants stuff. And I couldn't just make an EPP for each class, because it would equip to the cosmetic slot when I use the mannequin...
SO I decided to unpack your mod and edit all the armours, and the recipies for them.
And while I was at it, I unpacked the Avali race mod and did a SpecOps edit for the weapons, making them darker, and swapping out the default abilities.
And then, ya know, I added some food items for SpecOps missions.
I'm sure it's not balanced at all, but I can always adjust stuff...

Sooo.. My point is, I was wondering if you would want me to publish it?
I feel like people would like the edited weapons.
As well as the food items, those are always kewl.
Also I may have added an Avali-styled throwing kunai.. And a super expensive upgrade that doesn't use ammo. :ninjastar::csdsmile:

id need to see it first, id rather any changes to my mod be done by me, but id be willing to see what work youve done. apologies about the helmet again, i know its a bit of an issue, i may make it tiered to the base armors later on, like craftable by using the tier you have and combine them.. idk, either way if you could hook me up with a copy of what you did i could give it a look. i may not allow another release, but i could take changes into mind and make this one better and more usable by the community by your example.. with your approval of course, and all credit will be given for the alterations. otherwise if not, you would be able to use it as a private mod, passing it between friends and such.

Hmm.. Combine a basic Spelunker helmet with an Avali tiered helmet insert?.. That sounds simple..
Give me a day or two and I could probably do that in my spare time! :csdsmile:
Then we can figure out how I would share the unreleased mod with you. ^-^

..Though uh.. I was kinda rushing trhough everything when I was making the changes.. So they might not be balanced .-. ..Just sayin'

There we go. Made tiered spelunker helmets that are crafted with a basic T1 spelunker and any teir Avali helmet insert.
I also made edits to the combat armour for each of the T6 variants, as well as a basic T5 one, and a perfect variant.
And to make it a bit easier for you, I added readme.txt notes on stuff in the files.
So yeah. Now I just need to send it to you..
I sent you a friend request so we could work out the details. :csdsmile:

Oh. I wasn't aware of this. I kind of added a modified helmet along with the patch I made for you. I had to remove the mod info to test the mod, but all you have to do is upload it as the same mod. Just put the necessary files back in.

if anything just use your modifications between you and your friends, i wont be on much to moderate a bunch of additions to the mod.
