Amber all I am going to say is that my ship locker falls off when I reboot my sail, this seems like it IS supposed to do that. The issue is that I don't have all my items, the flashlight and books (from frackin universe) don't appear and 1 of the books are unable to be aquired any other way. Is there a branch of this mod you could make to fix this small issue? Other than that I say this is a very well made mod.

The only way i THINK you can fix it is to manually go in to admin mode and spawn them in yourself. I dont use frackin' universe or any of the frackin' mods, so i dont know the name of each item, the name the game uses like its ID, if you find out the ids just use:
/admin
/spawnitem "item name"
/admin

Ok, I'm fine with that, but what about the flashlight?

for the flashlight just spawn it in, OR find one randomly,
/admin
/spawnitem flashligh (might be flashlight1)
/admin

hmm.. i'll think about it shadow. i see a couple of possible problems doing this, but let me turn it over a bit and see what comes out. it would have to be an addon as you said. hmmm.. pondering ;)

the mods dosen't work for me, it always upgrade the ship at max level

people please, i love to help and fix your problems, but it clearly states what info i need to help you! please tell me the following:

start the game, play your bugged character, and close the game
go to starbound\storage\player
sort by date, and rename the latest .shipworld file to .old
then start the game and start your character

If there are still problems, let me know the following in your post:
* What version are you running: see in start screen, click the gear bottom left, and look for the version number*
* What race you play, and if not vanilla if you have the appropriate addon.
* What other mods are running besides BYOS
* If the update does not work, make a copy of your starbound.log file so it remains intact before restarting the game, put it on pastebin and include the link.
Please describe if you did anything else to your ship/mods/game that you think might be of interest.

Are you using any mods that change the tiers? like add tiers 9 and 10? are you using any shipmods? And if so, if you check that gear icon, find my mod.. is it loaded before or after the ship/tier mods? if it is loaded before, unsubscribe my mod from steam, and get it from the playstarbound.com community site. edit the modinfo file, and put those mods in the "include" section, so they will be loaded first. http://community.playstarbound.com/resources/byos.3923/

i will try but i delete my only shipmods, other than BYOS and it still dosen't work :(

BYOS can be run with other ship mods, but it needs to have the last mod load order. As for why the human race is not working, do you have any mods that overhaul humans, like retextures or anything of simmilar styles?

Whenever I try loading the mod as my main human character, the game just loads forever.
